This loneliness yearns at times for a Coach – someone to whom we can bounce our ideas – someone who constantly connects with our stake-holders and is able to candidly and if required, with a gentle nudge, get us into addressing some of our behaviors. The change of behaviors immediately widens our spheres of influence and control. This in turn drives powerful perception and attitude changes in our favor.Learn from the people, plan with the people, begin with what they have and build on what they know (lao tzu), and it seems to them that they did it themselves is what I believe is the result of effective coaching.
